2. Hosting and delivery
This website is hosted on a self-managed virtual server provided by netcup GmbH, Emmy-Noether-Straße 10, 76131 Karlsruhe, Germany.
When the website is requested, technically necessary connection data is processed. This may include the IP address, date and time, the requested resource and technical information transmitted by the browser. Processing is necessary to deliver the website and to maintain its stability and security. The legal basis is Article 6(1)(f) GDPR.
The operator does not store HTTP access logs. Operational or error messages may nevertheless be generated by the server or container. If they contain personal data, they are used only for troubleshooting and server security and are deleted when no longer required for those purposes.
netcup may process technically necessary data on behalf of the controller. A data processing agreement pursuant to Article 28 GDPR is in place. Further information is available in netcup’s privacy notice .
3. Contact by email
If you contact the controller by email, the information you provide is processed in order to handle and answer your request. Where the request concerns entering into or performing a contract, the legal basis is Article 6(1)(b) GDPR. Otherwise, the legal basis is Article 6(1)(f) GDPR and the legitimate interest in answering enquiries.
The data is deleted once the request has been fully handled, unless statutory retention obligations or other legitimate reasons require it to be kept for longer.

4. Local preferences
After you select a colour theme, the website stores that preference
under the key cor-theme in your browser’s local
storage. It remains on your device, is not transmitted to the
server and is used solely to provide the theme you explicitly
requested. The storage is based on Section 25(2)(2) TDDDG.
No analytics, advertising or tracking cookies are used. The website does not load external fonts, analytics tools or embedded third-party content.
5. External links
This website contains links to external services. A connection to the relevant provider is established only after you follow such a link. The respective provider is responsible for any processing carried out there.
6. Your rights
Subject to the applicable legal requirements, you have the right to access, rectification, erasure, restriction of processing, data portability and objection. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with a data protection supervisory authority.
The competent supervisory authority is, in particular, the State Commissioner for Data Protection and Freedom of Information Baden-Württemberg .
